COVID
Please note that some details of the programme and event facilities may need to be amended in line with covid rules/guidance at the time of the event. The Class and the Club will work together to ensure we can deliver a competitive, enjoyable and safe event for everyone. Our emphasis is on running the event within any restrictions and we are in regular contact with the club, looking at probable scenarios. With this in mind the entry limit will be 130 boats, any boats entered after that limit will be placed on a waiting list. We sincerely hope that we will be able to accept entries from all sailors who wish to take part. Please book accommodation with a cancellation policy and/or take out travel insurance. All sailors will be required to take a COVID test. Please see COVID tab on this website for details.

2 races/day are scheduled, from Sunday 15th to Thursday 19th August. Prizes for Gold, Silver, Bronze fleets, first lady helm, first youth, first master and many others. The daily 'Duckham' awards and Buddy Prize will of course feature once again.

Social Programme
Hot off the press, the social programme has been announced! The RS200s are of course known for their unbeatable social scene and we will do all we can to make sure we live up to this in 2021.
All the RS200 favourites will be there - buddy quiz, youth karaoke, BIG Ugly mystery fancy dress party and of course the final night Championship Dinner. ime to get planning! Details here
Entry Fee
The early entry fee for is £235/boat standard and £199 youth (for helms aged 22 or under at the start of the championship), for those entered AND PAID 31st May 2021.
Entry after 31st May is £265.
If the event is oversubscribed, boats on the waiting list by 31st May will be admitted at the early entry rate should spaces become available.
Entry includes 5 days racing and a full social programme, if we are able to run it. Meal tickets will be optional extras, available for purchase when we are able to confirm details.
Online entry will close on 1st August, it will not be possible to enter in person at the event, due to advance planning required for COVID restrictions.

Accommodation
As a tourist town, there is lots of accommodation of all types, the club has some useful links.
There is space for campervans/caravans and motorhomes at Exmouth rugby club, with basic toilets and showers a few minutes walk from the sailing club. Spaces must be booked with your entry please.

In this year of the staycation, we recommend early booking, wherever you decide to stay!
Parking
There is no parking for competitors at the club, but there is a reserved parking area very close by. Parking tickets to cover the duration of the event (no overnight parking) should be purchased with entry. The cost is £20.
