The Andrew Simpson Sailing Foundation charity is proud to welcome you to Bart’s Bash, a global sailing race and fundraising event at your local sailing club on Sunday 21 September 2014. Bart’s Bash will be joining together thousands of worldwide sailors in a race to set a new Guinness World Record, raise money for charity, inspire the next generation and remember Andrew ‘Bart’ Simpson, Gold & Silver Olympic medallist and America’s Cup sailor.
The RS Class Association is pleased to be able to support this special event so following discussion with Northampton Sailing Club, and the RS500 and RS600 Class Association Chairmen, it has been decided that the RS500 and RS600 Northampton SC event 20 - 21 Sept will cancelled.
If you are a RS500 wanting to take part in Bart's Bash and you do not have a club to go to please contact your Chair Tim Wilkins and he will very happily put you in contact with an RS500 friendly club local to you.
If you are a RS600 wanting to take part in Bart's Bash and you do not have a club to go to please contact your Chair Chris White and he will very happily put you in contact with an RS600 friendly club local to you.
