Great Gul RS Pursuit Race, AGM, Prize-giving & Xmas Party, 6th December

Something different to round off the year .....
A reminder of the Pursuit Race scheduled for Saturday 6th December at Queen Mary SC, Staines. There will be one race only, commencing at 1230hrs. The level of the reservoir is low, but launching and racing is luckily not impeded, except for the RSK6s, because they cannot be hoisted in. Sorry to the K6s. All other RS classes are invited to compete. The K6s are, of course, invited to spectator (or beg, steal or borrow another RS boat), and join in the rest of the evening.
The race will be followed by the 2003 RS Association AGM in early evening (approx. 1730hrs), the prize-giving for the RS200 & RS400 Eurocup, then there will be an Xmas party for revellers. At the party a free draw with great prizes (including wetsuit, sailbag, fleece, etc.) will be held, for those both competing in the Pursuit & attending the party entered automatically. The draw will favour those finishing later in the Pursuit Race.
There is a travel lodge very local to Queen Mary which is only 5 minutes away by taxi. It has room for up to 150 people, at £11.66/person (3 person room) or £17.50/person (2 person room). Entry fee just £10 for single-handers, £13 for double-handers, to include the Xmas party.
