- It is run by volunteer sailors with back-up by part time professional administrators

- The cost is tiny compared to your benefits, working out at just £3.75 per month for Full Membership, £3 per month for Club Membership or £2.08 per month for Youth Membership
- By taking out International Class Association membership for one class, you will have reciprocal membership to the RS100, RS200, RS300, RS400, RS600, RS700, RS800, RS Vareo International and International RS500 Class Associations
- One event membership is available for all events except National and major championships, for use by those borrowing a boat, intending to only sail in one RS Class Association event etc. Click here.

Free Club RS Coaching Day

Free RS Coaching Day at your Club
The RS Association are offering to run an RS coaching day at your club. We will supply the coach all you need to do is supply the safety cover & trainees !
A draw will take place to select ten clubs nationwide to take part in the training.
The RS Association will supply a fully trained coach for a one day training session. A minimum number of 6 boats may take part in the session with the maximum being 12 boats unless an extra coach can be supplied by the club. The session will be for one fleet only but local sailors may invite guests if numbers allow.
Sailors must be RS Association members or pay the one-off event membership fee of £10. This fee can be discounted off the full membership fee if at a later date during the year the sailor joins the RS Association.
The draw will take place on Wednesday April 1st 2009.
Any club on the mainland UK may enter. The date of the training day will be arranged between the coach & the club.
