Camping and Camper Vans:

Campers and camper vans are welcome on Saturday night only but pre-booking of your camping pitch or van site with the Club Secretary is essential. Please do this by contacting Gabrielle: manager@dwsc.co.uk or 01753 683872 or 01753 683872. She will need your name and car registration. There is a charge of £10 per night for person camping, £19 per night for a campervan. Please select the appropriate option on your entry form in order to pay.  You cannot camp or park your campervan at DWSC on Fri 7 Nov 14.


 
 
Refund policy:
If you cancel your entry before the early entry deadline we will refund all fees, minus a £15 admin fee. If you cancel after the early entry deadline, but before online entry closes our standard policy is to return 50% of fees. Where an event entry limit has been reached a refund will only be issued if another boat from the waiting list takes your place. If you cancel after entry closes we will not usually issue a refund.
